About
Seventeen-plus years in digital product leadership, on both sides of the table: running product inside large organisations, and advising startups that need to move faster than their process allows.
My work usually starts with the same two questions — what is this product actually for, and which numbers would prove it. From there it is the ordinary hard part: getting engineering, design and the business aligned on one outcome, and designing the loops that decide whether people come back.
